Refund & Cancellation Policy

Software licences

You can cancel before the licence key or download link is sent and receive a full refund.

After delivery, you can ask for a refund within 7 days if the software does not work as described and our team cannot fix the problem.

Licences that have been activated and used for live work are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

Subscriptions (cloud apps)

Free trials are free: no payment is taken and nothing needs to be cancelled.

You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full.

Services and projects

For installation, development and project work, the cancellation terms in your quotation or contract apply.

Work already done and items already ordered specially for you are charged. Any advance paid for work that has not started is refunded.

Annual maintenance contracts (AMC)

You can cancel an AMC with 30 days’ written notice by email.

Unused full months are refunded pro rata, less the value of any visits or parts already provided beyond the plan.

Hardware

Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened or installed items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which we help you claim.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the same card or account used for the payment, within 7 to 14 working days. The time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

Card payments are not refunded in cash.

We confirm your request within 2 working days and give a decision within 7 working days.
